RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns

We strive to ensure our customers are beyond satisfied with the entire experience when purchasing from us and our returns policy guarantees if you are not content with the goods or service you have received, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving the item, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned and inspected you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund.

Follow the steps:

1 - Fill in the contact form or email welivetoserve@nobynicholasomen.com with your order number, reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange. 

2 - Pack item(s) securely and in original packaging.

3 - Stick on the Return Label which we will send by email for you to print out, and dispatch at your local post office. 

We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post. Please use the return label provided or send with a a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Refunds

Once inspected & approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that once a refund is confirmed there can sometimes be a delay in banks or other payment services processing this and it showing in your account.

If you wish to claim a refund or reship for a non-delivered item, you must have contacted us about your missing item within 30 days from making your purchase. No refunds or reships for non-delivery will be issued past this date.

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchange is subject to items being in stock, if this is not the case, you will be informed and sent a refund alternatively.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if you would like to swap an item of clothing for another size (subject to availability). If you would like an exchange please specify this when you contact us.
